We were recently at the swimming pool...indoor...and Jeffy made this observation
"Dad...some Daddys have fat belly's....but not you Dad...you have a MUSCLE BELLY!!" haha! (He does have some really great abs right now and lets be honest...I wont complain about having a smokin' hot hubby)
since then Jeffy like to "lift weights" with Jeff and I. He is SUPER INTENSE about it. ITS SOOOOO FUNNY!
SQUATS!!!
Bench Press!!!......He even knows how to adjust the bench
And here is my other little man...gettin' in on the action.
Kids are so funny!!
